  • What is your Cancelation Policy?

    Please let me know at least two business days ahead of time. If you don’t contact me, or you don’t show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, I will need to charge the credit card on file the full amount for the reserved time. 

  • What is the price for each session?

    Session prices vary depending on the type of service. Factors that influence the price include the type of therapy, whether it is an individual, couples, or family session, and any specialized treatments that may be included.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Sessions are generally between 45-50 minutes in duration. Each session is structured to maximize your time and help you work toward your mental health goals effectively.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Healing Grace accept credit cards and Zelle payments for your convenience. This provides flexibility and ensures that clients can choose the most suitable method for their needs.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    At this time, Healing Grace does not accept insurance for services. I understand that insurance coverage can make therapy more accessible, and I are committed to exploring options that may enable this in the near future.

  • Can the sessions be in Spanish?

    Yes, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish for our clients. I believe in providing culturally responsive care and understand that language can be a key component of effective communication in therapy.
